We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Outdoor Associate
($15-$18/hour – Full-Time/Part-Time/Seasonal)
As an Outdoor Associate, you’ll work hands-on with live plants in our greenhouse, perennial, and annual yards while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include caring for plant stock (watering, pruning, deadheading), assisting customers with plant-related needs, and handling outdoor merchandise like pottery, statuary, soils, and mulch. This is a physically demanding role that requires working in all weather conditions, unloading deliveries, and lifting up to 50lbs.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about gardening and the horticulture industry, has prior experience in a garden center or related field, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Perennial Manager
($18-$25/hour – Full-Time/Seasonal)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Perennial Manager to oversee the day-to-day aspects of our perennial department.
The responsibilities of the Perennial Manager include supervising staff, managing inventory, implementing safety regulations, and ensuring the overall health and quality of the plants. The Perennial Dept. Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager on seasonal orders and inventory management.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for horticulture, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of plant diseases, pests, and beneficial environmental conditions.

Houseplant Assistant Manager
($17-$22/hour – Full-Time)
The Houseplants Department Asst. Manager is responsible for the day-to-day Houseplant department operations, including scheduling, supervising employees, as well as administrative tasks such as ordering and processing shipments of live houseplants from multiple vendors. This Role is also responsible for ensuring the proper measures are in place for the care taking of live plants year-round. The Houseplant Asst. Manager is responsible for maintaining an understanding of all controllable expenses, including cost of goods and order totals, payroll/employment costs, etc. The Houseplant Dept. Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager on orders and inventory management. The Houseplant Dept. Manager will be directly responsible for the scheduling and management of 1 Full Time employee in the department.
The Houseplants Dept. Asst. Manager is also responsible for the management of our Hard Goods sub-department. This includes the ordering, processing, and merchandising of fertilizers, soils, insect/fungi control solutions, as well as all other garden goods we sell. It is expected that the Houseplants Asst. Manager has a broad knowledge of plants including trees/shrubs, perennials, annuals, and houseplants. It is also expected the houseplant manager has a broad knowledge of insects and diseases/fungi found on all types of plants. This is in effort to ensure that the Houseplants Asst. Manager will be able to assist customers’ questions regarding fertilizing, pest control, disease/fungi control, or general questions to point them to the correct solution to their problem, regardless of the plant in question.
