We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Outdoor Associate
($15-$20/hour – Full-Time)
As a Garden Center Outdoor Associate, you’ll support our outdoor plant and retail areas by caring for live plants and assisting customers throughout the day. This hands-on role includes working in our greenhouse, annuals and perennials yards, and outdoor retail spaces.
Responsibilities include watering, pruning, deadheading, unloading plant deliveries, and helping customers with plant selection, pottery, soils, mulch, and stone statuary. You’ll help keep outdoor areas organized, stocked, and welcoming.
This is an active, physical role requiring standing, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Our ideal candidate enjoys working with plants and people, is dependable and hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior garden center or horticulture experience is a plus, but not required.
